Last Monday we had an evening chaired by Wayne Jenkins where we heard from David Wheeler growing up in Mornington and from Kevin Gibson about his time in the Antarticia. They were interesting insights and we learned more about our fellow Rotarians.

We also enjoyed a quiz and realised next time we will all want to sit alongside Phyl Scales.

This Monday we will be discussing some upcoming projects and also discussing the Club and Projects Budget for the coming year, so we will value your contribution to the discussion.

Chair, Wayne Jenkins aka Captain RORP

Rotary Mount Martha this week

RYLA, Phillip Island

Congratulations to all the Rotary Youth Leadership Awardees and RYLA Team Leaders who gathered at Phillip Island last week for what was an amazing week. It was wonderful to visit them last Wednesday for the RYLA Expo and Dinner.

Rotary Mount Martha sponsored RYLA'rian Charlotte Redey who will be our guest speaker on Monday 11 August.

She wrote a beautiful message of thanks which will be read out when she visits.

Bunnings 19.7.25

On Saturday we ran a Bunnings BBQ in support of our Ingin Midwife's Hut project in PNG where we made a solid profit of $1,944 including donations.

It was a wonderful return on such a cold and windy day.
